We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide clear and fair policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns. 1. Workshop Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your workshop registration. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and our organization while allowing us to maintain the quality of our programs.
1.1 Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, the following refund schedule applies:
- More than 14 days before the workshop start date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee
- 7-14 days before the workshop start date: 50% refund of the registration fee
- Less than 7 days before the workshop start date: No refund available, but you may transfer your registration to another workshop or receive credit for a future program
- No-show: No refund or credit will be issued for participants who do not attend without prior notification
1.2 Cancellation by Chomrinnmmphrano
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen events, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a workshop:
- You will receive a full refund of your registration fee
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another scheduled workshop at no additional cost
- We will notify you as soon as possible, typically at least 7 days before the scheduled start date
- We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred, such as travel arrangements
1.3 Workshop Postponement
If a workshop is postponed rather than cancelled, we will offer you the following options:
- Attend the rescheduled workshop at no additional cost
- Transfer your registration to a different workshop
- Request a full refund if the new dates do not work for your schedule
2. Refund Process
We strive to process all refund requests promptly and efficiently. Understanding our refund process will help you know what to expect when requesting a refund.
2.1 How to Request a Refund

- State the reason for your cancellation request

2.2 Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, please allow the following timeframes for processing:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed
- Other payment methods: Processing times may vary; we will provide specific information upon request
2.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible due to technical or other reasons, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
3. Workshop Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend a workshop but would like to participate in a future program, we offer flexible transfer options to accommodate your needs.
3.1 Transferring Your Registration
You may transfer your registration to a different workshop or program under the following conditions:
- Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original workshop start date
- The transfer is valid for any workshop scheduled within 12 months of the original workshop date
- If the new workshop has a higher fee, you will be responsible for paying the difference
- If the new workshop has a lower fee, the difference will be issued as credit for future use
- Transfers may only be made once per registration
3.2 Transferring to Another Participant
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person under the following conditions:
- The transfer request must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop start date
- The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements for the workshop
- You must provide the full name and contact information of the new participant
- A $15 administrative fee applies to all participant transfers
4. Materials and Products
Some of our workshops include physical materials or products as part of the registration fee. This section explains our policy regarding these items.
4.1 Included Materials
Materials provided as part of workshop registration, such as journals, workbooks, and writing supplies, are non-refundable once shipped or distributed. If you cancel your registration before materials are shipped, the cost of materials will be deducted from your refund.
4.2 Separate Product Purchases
For products purchased separately from workshop registration:
- Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original condition
- Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
4.3 Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive defective or damaged materials or products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:
- Replace the defective item at no additional cost
- Cover return shipping costs for defective items
- Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available
5. Special Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise that require flexibility in applying our standard policies. We consider the following situations on a case-by-case basis.
5.1 Medical Emergencies
If you are unable to attend a workshop due to a medical emergency, we may offer exceptions to our standard cancellation policy. Please provide appropriate documentation, such as a note from a healthcare provider, when requesting an exception.
5.2 Family Emergencies
In cases of serious family emergencies, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a full refund or transfer to a future workshop regardless of timing.
5.3 Natural Disasters and Force Majeure
In the event that workshops are affected by natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, or other events beyond our control, we will work with affected participants to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a workshop you attended, please contact us within 7 days of the workshop completion date to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer:
- Partial refund based on the nature of your concerns
- Credit toward a future workshop or program
- Complimentary access to additional resources or materials
- Other appropriate remedies based on the specific circumstances
7. Group Bookings and Corporate Programs
For group bookings and corporate training programs, different terms may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss specific policies and arrangements for groups of five or more participants.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
